Appellate attorney Paetra Brownlee is a Florida native who attended law school with a concentration in International Law at Florida State University College of Law, where she received her certification with honors. Paetra has dedicated 100% of her practice to appellate litigation. She has extensive experience in criminal and civil appellate law at both the state and federal levels. Paetra has represented clients in the district courts of appeal across Florida and in the Florida Supreme Court. She has also performed oral argument at the First, Second and Fifth District Courts of Appeal, and at the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. A substantial amount of Paetra’s practice is also dedicated to extraordinary writs and state and federal post-conviction matters.
