About Allison Morat
Allison Morat works with The Brownlee Law Firm in an of-counsel capacity. During her career, Allison has served as lead counsel in over 200 appeals, and has successfully handled appeals in every Florida District Court of Appeal, as well as the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Education & Honors
A Florida native, Allison graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. degree in English Literature. She graduated from Barry Law School in 2012. While at Barry, Allison interned with the Honorable Judge Ursula Ungaro in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
Until 2024, Allison was a partner at a Central Florida litigation firm where she managed the firm’s appellate practice. Allison now manages her own appellate practice, Morat Law, PLLC, while also working with The Brownlee Law Firm.

Allison is a member of the George C. Young American Inn of Court, the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section, Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and Seminole Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
